We work with smallholder farmers on the central mountain range of Sri Lanka who grows high-quality lemongrass and ginger. Their produce is gently sundried and hand cut before being packed at the source for extra freshness. The flavour is bright and warming with a delicious balance between the lemony nuances and ginger bite. Naturally caffeine-free.

How to make the perfect Sri Lankan Lemongrass and Ginger:

Place 1 Sri Lankan Lemongrass and Ginger Tea pyramid into a cup/mug or small teapot, add boiling water and brew for between 5 and 7 mins. When brewing loose leaves in a teapot using 1 teaspoon of leaf per person with 250mls of water per person.
